Job Description

We’re looking for an energetic, creative Leisure Attendant to help our guests make unforgettable holiday memories at NRMA South West Rocks Holiday Park on Dunghutti Country.

What You'll Do

No two days are the same, but you might find yourself:

  • Running kids’ and family activities (craft, games, movie nights, mini comps etc.)
  • Hosting poolside fun, outdoor games and school holiday programs
  • Creating a welcoming, inclusive vibe where everyone feels comfortable joining in
  • Setting up and packing down activities, keeping areas safe and tidy
  • Chatting with guests and promoting “what’s on” around the park

You’ll be the friendly face that turns a good holiday into a great one.

What You'll Bring

You’ll shine in this role if you:

  • Have loads of energy and a naturally friendly, outgoing personality
  • Enjoy working with kids, families and people from all walks of life
  • Are creative, adaptable and not afraid to jump in and give things a go
  • Are reliable and happy to work a roster that can include weekends, evenings and school holidays
  • Are comfortable speaking to groups and leading activities

Previous experience in activities, sport, childcare, youth work, hospitality or tourism is a bonus, but not essential – the right attitude is what matters most.
