Green by Nature is seeking a Hammer Hand to join the Auckland Projects Team and contribute to construction and greenspace work across the region. Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll handle minor renovations, concrete tasks, boxing, bollards, fencing, tracks, wooden structures, hard and soft landscaping, and help keep projects on time and to standard. Ideal candidates have practical building experience, are comfortable with hand and power tools, and may have small machinery exposure; a full driver's license is essential, with WTR endorsements or Class 2 a bonus. Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll be part of a skilled and collaborative team working on a range of construction and greenspace projects, as well as in the maintenance space. Your work will be visible across the Auckland region and regularly recognised by the public for its quality.

You’ll bring practical building experience, ideally from a construction background, and be confident using hand and power tools, small machinery including diggers would be advantageous. We’re looking for someone who’s reliable, adaptable, and ready to get stuck in.
