Smartly.io is seeking an experienced, hands-on Head of Production for EMEA and APAC to lead end-to-end creative production across Europe, the Middle East and Africa and Asia Pacific. You will own delivery quality, timelines and budgets for large scale, performance driven campaigns, partner with global creative leadership, and directly manage the SparkWorks Creative team while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Tech. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in creative production or delivery leadership, proven multi market people leadership, a sharp commercial sense for scoping and pricing, and a systems mindset for scalable improvement. We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Head of Production, EMEA & APAC to lead creative production across Europe, MENA, and APAC. This role oversees how work is planned, staffed, and delivered for large-scale creative projects, and works closely with global creative leadership to maintain consistent standards and processes. Strong experience working directly with clients is required.
This person will directly manage members of the SparkWorks Creative team, while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Technical teams.
