Williams Racing is hiring an experienced Health & Safety Adviser to support CDM client duties onsite in Grove, England. You will steer CDM 2015 guidance, ensure strong client management, review PCI and CPPs, conduct site inspections and RAMS, and lead toolbox talks. You’ll coordinate with Principal Designers and Contractors to foster a positive safety culture while keeping projects compliant within cost cap rules. Ideal candidates hold Level 6 health and safety management qualifications, plus CDM training (SMSTS or NEBOSH Construction) and proven construction advisory experience. We are looking for a driven and highly skilled Health & Safety Adviser to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in developing our Health & Safety governance while supporting the business in fulfilling its client duties under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015).
You will provide expert guidance throughout the full project lifecycle from early concept through to completion, ensuring that robust arrangements are in place to effectively manage health and safety risks. This is a collaborative, advisory role working closely with Principal Designers, Principal Contractors, and internal project teams across the organisation.
