Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and farewell all guests with genuine hospitality
• Maintain a well-organised and efficient host station, ensuring smooth communication with the service team.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to inquiries or special requests.
• Assist the floor team in service and enquiries
• Keep an up-to-date knowledge of menus, daily specials, and promotions to answer guest queries confidently

Qualifications

About You:

• Two years previous experience as a host/hostess in a luxury or lifestyle establishment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm and approachable manner
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Confident in using SevenRooms and POS systems (preferred)
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and engaging in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
