Role Purpose:

• Achieving and exceeding guest hygiene standards.
• Ensuring presentation of the hotel is high standard in both cleanliness and presentation.
• Clean all general areas including bathrooms and replenish amenities to the highest quality and efficiency.
• Ensuring rooms are of the high standard in both cleanliness and presentation.
• Clean rooms, Make beds, Dust, Vacuum, Clean Bathrooms and Replenish amenities to the highest quality and efficiency.
• responding to guest requests for amenities or additional items in a timely manner

Responsibilities:

Skills and experience:

• Experience of housekeeping operations within a hotel is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills, with strong and clear communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail in cleaning and presentation.
• Committed to delivering excellent service & meet quality standards.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
