Job Description

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you are the driving force behind our housekeeping team's success! You oversee the achievement of daily cleaning excellence, uplift team spirits, and shape our housekeeping team into cleanliness champions. With your coaching finesse, you will guarantee our team consistently delivers top-tier cleanliness and productivity, ensuring a sparkling and secure stay for our guests.

  • You will support and coordinate our housekeeping team's daily activities, ensuring a smooth workflow
  • Foster team motivation and growth by providing guidance and training to enhance their skills
  • Maintain high cleanliness and productivity standards, aligning with company guidelines to enhance guest experiences
  • Efficiently allocate rooms for team members during shifts to maintain an even workload distribution
  • Ensure safety standards are met, monitoring labour costs and conducting daily room inspections for quality assurance

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ housekeeping experience (or relevant Level 4 qualification).
  • Experience in team leadership and staff supervision.
  • Willingness to not only lead the team but to also work alongside them to ensure their success.
  • Experience with roster management and resource allocation.
  • Understanding of workplace health & safety standards.

This is a Full Time Position, 30 hours per week, $29.11 per hour, plus incredible Global Benefits
