About the Role
As Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll help lead the daily housekeeping operation at our 45-unit lodge and cabin property. You'll supervise Room Attendants, inspect guest rooms, maintain quality standards, coordinate daily assignments, and jump in wherever needed to support the team.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll spend time both supervising and actively assisting with housekeeping duties to ensure rooms are guest-ready and operations run smoothly.
What You'll Do
• Lead and support a team of Room Attendants
• Assign daily work and monitor productivity
• Inspect guest rooms, cabins, hallways, and public areas
• Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are consistently met
• Complete daily reports and assignment sheets
• Identify and report maintenance issues
• Support workplace health and safety practices
• Protect guest privacy and follow security procedures
• Assist with cleaning duties when required
• Support operational needs across the property
What We're Looking For
• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or lodging environment
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 lbs
