Odyssey Hotel Group is looking for a motivated HR Intern to join their Utrecht headquarters and gain hands on experience across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to HR projects and employer branding. You will support recruitment for hotels and corporate teams, handle HR administration, keep records up to date, coordinate trainings, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Finance and Hotel Operations in a fast paced international environment. This onsite role runs for five to six months and comes with an internship allowance of €500 per month, a travel allowance of €80 per month, and employee discounts at more than 8000 hotels. YOUR ROLE AS HR INTERN
As an HR Intern at Odyssey Hotel Group Headquarters, you will gain hands-on experience in the full employee lifecycle while supporting our HR team in driving people excellence across our European portfolio. You will play an active role in recruitment, administration, onboarding, and HR projects , contributing directly to a positive employee experience and a strong organizational culture.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Supporting recruitment processes across our hotels and corporate teams
• Assisting with HR administration (inflow, throughput & outflow of employees)
• Keeping employee records and HR systems up to date
• Supporting onboarding processes for new colleagues
• Coordinating training sessions and internal development initiatives
• Assisting with HR projects, employer branding and engagement activities
• Acting as first point of contact for HR-related questions
• Collaborating closely with Talent Acquisition, Finance and Hotel Operations teams
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and quality standards

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Currently enrolled in a HBO(+) / BSc / BA degree in Human Resources, Hotel Management or a related field
• Curious about the HR profession and eager to learn
• Service-oriented, proactive and detail-focused
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Available for a minimum of 5–6 months
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
• Braveheart mindset and collaborative attitude
