The HRIS Business Analyst plays a critical role in the Firm’s HR Modernization and Workday Transformation Program by serving as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technology delivery teams. This role is responsible for understanding current-state HR processes, identifying inefficiencies and risks, and translating business needs into structured, actionable requirements that support scalable and compliant HR operations.
The Business Analyst partners closely with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and global stakeholders to ensure that HR solutions align with firm governance standards, regulatory expectations, and audit requirements. This role requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complexity across multiple HR domains and regions.
