About the Role 

We are looking for several HRIS PMO Coordinators to support the delivery of upcoming large‑scale projects. The role will be hybrid, based in Montreal.

Role and Responsibilities 

The HRIS PMO Coordinator supports governance execution, reporting accuracy, and operational discipline for HR Modernization, HCM strategy, and HR GenAI initiatives. This role provides essential support to ensure transparency, consistency, and delivery readiness across the program. 

The position offers hands-on exposure to large-scale HR transformation initiatives and serves as a strong development role for future PMO or transformation leadership positions. 

  • Maintain RAID logs, action trackers, and program dashboards.
  • Support Agile ceremonies and governance routines.
  • Track deliverables, milestones, and dependencies across workstreams.
  • Support testing coordination, defect tracking, and cutover readiness activities.
  • Prepare leadership updates and maintain documentation repositories.

Qualifications and Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a field related to the role
  • Experience supporting PMO or HR transformation initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Learning agility and comfort with evolving HR technologies.
