About the Role 

We are looking for several HRIS PMO Project Managers to support the delivery of upcoming large‑scale projects. The role will be hybrid, based in Montreal.

Role and Responsibilities 

The HRIS PMO Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery governance and execution oversight of the Firm’s HR Workday Modernization Program. This role ensures disciplined planning, transparent reporting, and proactive risk management across multiple workstreams and regions.

The Project Manager works closely with senior HR, Technology, Risk, and Compliance leaders to ensure milestones are met, dependencies are managed, and program risks are identified and escalated appropriately. The role requires strong leadership, executive communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a highly regulated, fast-paced transformation environment.

  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Lead Agile and governance routines including sprint planning, status reviews, and steering committee updates.
  • Maintain RAID logs and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Prepare executive-level dashboards, reports, and decision materials.
  • Coordinate cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-launch hypercare activities.
  • Ensure all program artifacts are accurate, complete, and audit-ready.

Qualifications and Experience 

Required qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a field related to the role
  • Experience delivering large-scale HR or enterprise transformation programs.
  • Strong knowledge of PMO governance, Agile delivery, and risk management.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Executive-level communication and synthesis skills.
  • High rigor in planning, reporting, and documentation.
