Jemena is seeking a 15-month fixed-term HRIS Systems & Analytics Analyst to join the People & Safety team in Melbourne, onsite. You’ll create self-service reports, design solutions with Power BI, SuccessFactors Report Centre, and SQL, and build dashboards that translate data into clear, actionable insights. You’ll support HRIS across modules such as Employee Central and Performance, acting as a liaison between HR users and system experts, and drive continuous improvement to improve user experience. The right candidate brings strong Power BI and HRIS administration skills, experience with large data sets, knowledge of SuccessFactors, and stakeholder collaboration. Overview of our role
We have a great opportunity for a skilled HRIS Systems & Analytics Analyst to join our People & Safety team on a 15-month fixed-term contract.
In this role, you will support reporting and analytics needs across People & Safety, while also providing subject matter expertise for our Group HRIS. You’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive team, reporting to the Group Manager, Reward and Systems.
