Green by Nature seeks an experienced HSE Advisor for a full-time, onsite role across the Thames-Coromandel region, focused on embedding practical safety, guiding incident investigations with ICAM, and helping teams feel confident and supported. You’ll partner with leaders and frontline staff to foster a values-led safety culture, deliver coaching and training, and lead risk assessments, site audits, toolbox talks and safety communications. Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in an HSE advisory role, Level 4 OSH diploma or NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent), ICAM training, and a calm, credible communication style; experience in horticulture or facilities maintenance is a plus.
