The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and bring 3 to 5 years of UAE HR experience, preferably in hospitality, with proven skills in employment processes and contracts, and a solid understanding of UAE Labour Law and DIFC Law and visa regulations. You should also have payroll processing and WPS experience, hands-on use of HRIS systems, strong organizational and documentation skills, and a high level of confidentiality, plus fluency in English.   • Strong experience managing both employment processes/relations and contracts.

  • Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law / DIFC Law and visa regulations.

  • Experience with payroll processing and WPS.

  • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems.

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.

  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Fluency in English
