Manchester City seeks an HVAC Maintenance Technician (Skilled Maintenance Operative) for full time onsite work at MCFC campuses in Manchester. You will deliver preventive and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems, maintain AHUs, chilled water and water systems, and respond to breakdowns while supporting minor installations and lifecycle planning with Maintenance Managers. Essential: NVQ Level 3 HVAC/Mechanical or equivalent, experience in a complex maintenance environment, and strong knowledge of AHUs, chilled water, water systems and A/C units plus PPM experience. Desirable: CAFM familiarity and IPAF and PASMA. Weekend and evening work for matches; DBS check required. The Role
The HVAC Maintenance Technician (known internally as Skilled Maintenance Operative) will be responsible for the delivery of maintenance services and processes that support the operation of all sites on campus, setting and ensuring the highest standards of safety and maintenance for MCFC’s employees and customers.
