Bringing kicks to life on the shop floor

On a typical shift, you’ll aim to create a memorable experience for each shopper by guiding them toward sneakers that suit their style and needs, while supporting your teammates to hit sales and KPI targets. You’ll help keep stock moving by receiving deliveries, restocking shelves, and maintaining clear, attractive displays. You’ll also assist with picking and packing online orders, ensuring accuracy and careful presentation so customers receive exactly what they ordered. The role blends customer care with practical stock duties in a fast-moving shop environment during the peak season.

What you’ll need to bring to the role

• Full availability from October 2026 to mid-January 2027, including weekends, late shifts, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day
• Retail experience is a bonus but not essential
