Syndigo is seeking an Implementation Consultant in France for a remote, full-time role to build knowledge of PIM/MDM Center products and configure them to meet client needs. You’ll work with Technical Leads and Solution Architects to design configurations, business rules, workflows and integrations, follow project plans, troubleshoot issues, and serve as an SME with partners while helping RS deliveries. Liaise with product and engineering to turn requirements into working solutions. **This is a remote position open to candidates located in France**

The mission of a Syndigo Implementation Consultant is to build knowledge of PIM/MDM Center products and their core features in order to configure/customize them to fulfill client needs. You will work with fellow team members, Technical Leads, and Solution Architects to help each design come to fruition! 

HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY

• Responsible for developing the product configurations, Business Rules, Workflows & Integrations
• Comply with project plans and implementation standards
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade product/customization issues and provide the solutions
• Work with partners as an SME in product implementation
• Participate in initiatives that help enhance the RS deliveries
• Liaison with the product/engineering team & Operations team on product functionalities
• Understand the functional solution & configure the MDM product working with the Implementation Lead

WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU

• 2-4 years of experience in IT
• Proven experience with web technologies such as API's, Java. JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven experience working with programming technologies (e.g. Java, .Net etc.)
• Good understanding of working with JSON, along with UI based tech-stack
• Good understanding and working experience with different REST & SOAP APIs and Frameworks
• Good understanding of system Integrations
• It will be an advantage to have experience on a Data platform or a SaaS based implementation
