University of Newcastle is seeking an Indigenous Student Advancement Officer to join Wollotuka’s Student Advancement team at the Central Coast Gosford Campus. This full-time on-site role focuses on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander student success, delivering culturally appropriate support, proactive case management, progression monitoring, and collaboration with community partners on events. Essential criteria include Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander identity, relevant degree or equivalent experience, strong cultural engagement and demonstrated ability to improve outcomes, plus excellent communication and organisational skills aligned with Wollotuka Cultural Standards.
