Sword is seeking an Information Management Analyst in Aberdeen, onsite, to help a client access govern and utilise information. You will join the IM team, collaborating with project teams and operations to embed standardised, compliant ways of working and to liaise between delivery teams and Risk & Assurance across the information lifecycle. The role supports document management platforms such as Assai, Controlled Library and SharePoint, drives metadata and lifecycle practices, and supports migrations, audits, training and IMaaS improvements. In your application, prioritise EDMS experience, GDPR and information governance, stakeholder engagement, data quality improvements, and a willingness to upskill if needed.

You will play a pivotal role within the Information Management team, collaborating with project teams, operations, and digital specialists to embed standardised, compliant, and efficient ways of working. Acting as a focal point between delivery teams and Risk & Assurance, you will help ensure information is managed effectively across its lifecycle.
This role combines operational delivery, governance, and digital enablement — supporting enterprise document management platforms, improving data quality, and enhancing how information is structured, accessed, and used to support decision-making.
