CMI sources and processes recycled ferrous and non-ferrous metals across North America and ensure they do not end up in a landfill or go to waste. Our recycling stream ensures that all the ferrous and non-ferrous metals that enter our yards will create something new again!
About the Role:

This Infrastructure Coordinator role is perfect for someone eager to learn, motivated to grow, and excited to develop and expand on existing technologies and procedures. You’ll support tracking of CMI Infrastructure, coordinate across teams, and build a foundational, cross-departmental toolkit, capable of transforming Infrastructure sourcing, reporting, and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the tracking, reporting, and assignment of CMI Infrastructure
• Laise with internal departments to ensure all Infra is accounted for and effectively deployed
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders
• Develop and maintain relationships with external suppliers
• Document and detail efficiency of CMI Infrastructure and recommend change action where needed
• Travel between CMI yards and report back on site inventories
• Codify Infrastructure status within ERP and Microsoft environments
• Use existing or potential tools to effectively solve and overcome challenges
Qualifications:
• Completion of a college or university undergraduate program
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in project coordination or engineering
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A tendency towards conscientiousness and continuous improvement
• High level of attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to review information, identify issues, and support sound decision-making
