Foodstuffs is looking for a curious, proactive Infrastructure Engineer to join our high-performing IT Operations team in Auckland. You’ll support enterprise platforms such as Citrix, AD, Exchange, antivirus, Skype, proxy services, and backup solutions, manage queues to meet SLAs, contribute to capacity planning and continuous improvement, troubleshoot with colleagues, and help deliver reliable, secure infrastructure while living Foodies values. Ideal candidates have 1-3 years in IT infrastructure, strong Windows Server, Active Directory and Entra ID knowledge, experience with backup and monitoring tools (SCOM), ITSM (ServiceNow), and PowerShell plus Intune, and excellent communication. At Foodstuffs, we're looking for a curious, proactive and collaborative Infrastructure Engineer as part of our infrastructure team, you’ll help support and maintain the critical platform that power our business 24/7. You’ll work across a broad range of enterprise technologies, ensuring our infrastructure remains secure, reliable and performing at its best.
You will be working in a customer focused, high performing IT Operations team, accountable for infrastructure related services.

What you’ll do
Supporting enterprise infrastructure platforms including Citrix, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, AntiVirus, Skype, Proxy Services, Mail Scrubbing, Commvault, Acronis, and more.
Managing and maintaining infrastructure support queues while consistently meeting SLAs and KPIs.
Contributing to end-to-end infrastructure processes, reporting, capacity planning, and continual service improvements.
Troubleshooting infrastructure issues and working collaboratively to deliver timely resolutions.
Participating in ongoing training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing across the team.
Supporting the Infrastructure Team Lead with operational delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.

He kōrero mōu - About you
1–3 years' experience in an IT Infrastructure or Systems Support role.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
Experience with backup monitoring and infrastructure monitoring tools such as SCOM.
Hands-on experience managing incidents and requests using ServiceNow or a similar ITSM platform.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive mindset with a passion for improving operational efficiency and customer experience.
Experience with PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Intune.
