This full-time onsite role leads innovation and renovation projects, guides gate processes, manages stakeholder alignment, and develops timelines with risk tracking and sustainability metrics. You’ll coordinate SKU phase outs and work with sales, manufacturing and supply chain to mitigate write-offs, while collaborating on early stage ideas to build a strong future pipeline aligned with Brand strategy. Requirements include FMCG NPD project management experience, successful product launches, strong analytics and stakeholder influence, detail orientation and NZ work rights.
