Elixirr’s Hypothesis unit in London is seeking an Insights Research Analyst to safeguard data integrity across client accounts while developing core analysis and storytelling skills. You’ll manage project timelines, own vendor fieldwork and budgets, assist in creating research materials, and perform QA on programs and reports to deliver reliable insights aligned with client objectives, and you should highlight QA improvements, client-facing work, and measurable impact in your application. You’ll shadow client calls to grow as a trusted advisor and contribute to the Hypothesis Way through data slides. Requirements include 1 to 1.5 years in market research and a preferred bachelor’s degree, with strong attention to detail and collaborative communication. Job Summary 

An Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data, reports, and programs within several client accounts, while learning the Hypothesis Way and developing foundational analysis and storytelling skills.

• Create and manage project timelines to ensure that deadlines are met, and objectives are achieved  
• Own vendor fieldwork, timing, and budget across multiple projects
• Assist in the creation of research materials, such as questionnaires and discussion guides, to support client objectives  
• Execute thorough quality assurance checks for programs, tab specs, and reports to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data and reports for clients
• Utilize and develop your fundamental data analysis skills to derive meaningful insights and recommendations that map onto client objectives  
• Assist with report pulling  
• Contribute to successful reporting by sharing analysis and creative data slide ideas
• Gain experience as a trusted advisor to clients by shadowing client calls and communications  
• Attend presentation of final report Business Impact:

Requirements 

• 1 – 1.5 years of experience in market research
• Bachelor’s degree preferred  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative and curious working style
• High degree of ownership over responsibilities and quality of work
