DP World seeks an Inspector, Compliance to assess P&Z companies by risk rating, interview UBOs and key staff, coordinate outreach, schedule meetings, and draft emails (thank you, feedback, follow-up).   1. Inspect P&Z companies as per the risk rating

  2. conduct interviews with UBOs and employees in charge

  6. Follows compliance inspection checklist

  7. Assist P&Z companies to understand Law 58 & 53 and other laws/policies that have inspection part

  8. Raise customer awareness of a new law/policy 

  9. Provide feedback on weekly basis to compliance manager about the developments

  10. Provide constructive solutions when it's required to achieve his monthly target

  11. Perform other compliance duties/tasks as assigned and required

    • Adherence to Laws : Ensures all local and applicable international laws, agreements and regulations are followed/adhered to.
  • Legal - Legal - Negotiation and Influence
    • Persuasion Skills : Moves others toward a position, with or without authority, by communicating expertise and providing a compelling rationale.
    •  Maximizing Value : Engages in discussion and arranges agreements that create maximum value and sustainability for all parties.
    • Considering Alternatives : Prepares non-standard legal documents and executive memoranda to support a proposed business case.

Legal - Knowledge of Legal Practice and Process

  • Preparing and Filing Forms : Accurately uses legal terminology and properly prepares and submits legal forms, ensuring formatting compliance of legal documents.
  • Legal - Knowledge of Legal and Regulatory Requirements
    • Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements : Keeps current on laws, controls and regulatory requirements framework and structure related to the core functions of DP World and its affiliates.
    • Adherence to legal and regulatory requirements : Adheres to legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., reporting mandates, compliance requirements).
