Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Detail Specialist & Site Coordinator to manage technical drawings, detailed design development, site coordination, project documentation, and cost-related deliverables. The successful candidate will ensure accurate execution of design intent, quality control, and compliance across all project stages.

Key Responsibilities

The key duties and responsibilities of the Interior Detail Specialist & Site Coordinator include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare detailed Interior Technical Drawings and construction packages
• Develop comprehensive joinery, millwork, and custom furniture details
• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for interior works
• Coordinate closely with site teams, consultants, and contractors
• Conduct regular site visits and progress inspections
• Manage project packages, submissions, and approvals
• Review and verify ID deliverables and submissions before issuing
• Monitor site implementation and resolve technical issues
• Prepare as-built drawings and handover documentation
• Ensure compliance with project stages, timelines, and quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
4–10 years of relevant experience
• Strong technical, detailing, and BOQ preparation skills
• Proven experience in joinery, millwork, and site coordination
• Solid understanding of construction methods and site practices
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office
