Baylor College of Medicine is offering an onsite internship in The Woodlands, TX for high school students or graduates, with hands-on exposure to image processing, machine learning, mouse behavior assays, basic mouse handling, tissue collection, statistics, data management, and designing rigorous experiments, plus training in presenting data and literature searches. Daily duties include learning machine learning algorithms on rs-fMRI data and processing rs-fMRI data, along with online AALAS animal handling training. The ideal candidate is hardworking, eager to learn, and curious about biological or computational sciences.
