The Registered Nurse II (RN II) plays a key role within the Baylor Medicine Comprehensive Healthcare Clinic's concierge and executive programs. This role provides direct patient care, supports clinical operations, and coordinates services for high-touch patients including corporate clients and Baylor leadership. The RN II collaborates closely with physicians, wellness teams, and leadership to ensure a seamless, high-quality care experience in a concierge setting. This role is responsible for supporting patients and activities across all concierge and executive health clinics/programs.
This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to adapt in a high-touch care model, and the initiative to contribute to team-wide care planning and strategy. Experience in a concierge, executive health, or ambulatory care setting is preferred. Strong EMR proficiency, MyChart management, and coordination skills are desirable. The RN I may serve as a clinical liaison and is expected to uphold BCM's standards for professionalism, patient care, and operational excellence.
