Job Summary: This internship provides an opportunity for undergraduates and post-graduates to gain practical work experience aligned with their area of study while completing their degree or following their recent graduation. Interns will contribute to real-world projects and develop professional skills in a supportive team environment.
12- Week Summer Experience
December- February
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data entry and order processing in online systems
- Pack and dispatch goods
- Follow up orders and transactions with Track and Trace
- Collect and sort incoming mail and courier deliveries
- Assist in generating reporting and documentation
- Document processes, procedures, and service standards with input from subject matter experts
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in stakeholder communications and feedback collection
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives
- Contribute to Cubic’s organizational objectives by supporting a variety of projects.
- Complete assigned tasks under the guidance of a supervisor, ensuring timely delivery.
- Attend team meetings and contribute where appropriate.
- Build positive working relationships with team members by sharing information, knowledge, and skills.
- Actively participate in learning and development opportunities.
- Identify areas for technical and personal growth in consultation with a supervisor, and address skill gaps through on-the-job training.
- Assist team members in achieving team goals and deliverables.

Minimum Job Requirements:
Qualifications
- High School Senior Certificate (Year 12)
- Additional relevant Tertiary/Trade qualifications will be highly regarded
Skills/Experience/Knowledge
- Interest in pursuing a career in customer service, with a focus on innovative systems and devices for the Transportation industry
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other online applications (with training provided on proprietary systems)
- Familiarity with online collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
