WSP is seeking a Senior Workplace/Office Coordinator (2IC) to help deliver safe, efficient, and engaging workplaces for our people, clients, and visitors across Queensland. Based in our vibrant Brisbane office, you’ll be the friendly face and operational backbone of our workplace experience—supporting multiple locations including the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Cairns, and Townsville.

You’ll report to our Regional Workplace Manager and play a key role in shaping a positive, proactive team culture while keeping our spaces running like clockwork.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate and support a small team of Workplace Assistants with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach under the guidance of our QLD Workplace Manager.
• Be the go-to person for day-to-day workplace operations—solving problems, streamlining processes, and keeping things humming.
• Manage fleet vehicles including servicing, repairs, and insurance claims.
• Run weekly new starter inductions and coordinate onboarding/offboarding activities.
• Oversee office security systems, access controls, and emergency preparedness.
• Conduct regular tenancy audits to ensure compliance with HSEQ policies.
• Provide front-of-house support including AV setup, catering, and meeting room coordination.
• Lead team huddles and foster a fun, collaborative, and customer-focused environment.
• Support reactive and scheduled maintenance across tenanted areas and equipment.

• Tech-savvy with solid MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project).
• Holds a valid Australian driver’s license and is happy to travel across QLD offices.

• Someone who leads with heart and takes pride in creating great spaces for others.

Based on experience, the salary range for the role is $70k - $80k + superannuation
