This role demands at least three years of progressive recruiting experience, strong sourcing and interviewing skills, familiarity with core recruitment practices and contract negotiations, and a proven ability to partner with hiring managers daily. You’ll own full cycle recruiting across multiple functions, post jobs, screen and track applicants in the ATS, coordinate interviews and onboarding, and build passive candidate pipelines via networks, social media, and university relationships.
