Our team supports the broader digital organization and contributes to the deployment of digital systems across the business. As part of this mission, we want to strengthen the quality and consistency of the training provided to end users, so they have the right level of knowledge and support to use these systems effectively.

This internship will focus on evaluating whether the current training approach for digital systems is adequate, identifying improvement opportunities, aligning training practices with internal standards, and contributing to the development of updated training content. The role will also include the creation of digital learning materials using Synthesia, the AI-based content creation tool used at Merck.

Your role:

• Assess the effectiveness of current training for digital systems
• Identify gaps and improvement opportunities in training materials and practices
• Align training content with internal standards and expectationsSupport the design and update of training materials for digital systems
• Create digital learning content, including with Synthesia
• Collaborate with stakeholders involved in system deployment, support, and training

Your profile:

• Student in Life Sciences, Engineering, Quality, Digital, Learning, or a related field
• Strong interest in digital systems, user training, and content development
• Good analytical skills and ability to identify improvement areas
• Structured, rigorous, and comfortable managing several topics in parallel
• Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills
• Proficient with digital tools and software 
• Good communication skills, oral and written in English (French is a plus)
