We are looking for a proactive, technically solid, and personable IT Support Technician to join our on-site team in Vevey. This role requires a professional who can independently resolve incidents, support VIP users, and contribute to a positive, energetic workplace culture.
Deliver high-quality on-site support for end-users and VIPs, ensuring SLA compliance.
Manage incidents and service requests independently, from diagnosis to resolution.
Support PC refresh activities: staging, deployment, data migration, decommissioning, and asset updates.
Provide hands-on support for POS systems, peripherals, printers, and AV/meeting room equipment (Teams, Zoom).
Act as hands-and-eyes for server and network teams.
Maintain accurate CMDB and asset records.
Educate users on self-help tools and promote remote resolution to reduce dispatches.
Manage local stock and coordinate with vendors when needed.
Identify automation opportunities and contribute to process improvement.
Experience: 1-3 years in on-site IT support, with proven independence.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Office 365, ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow), and endpoint management. Basic LAN/WAN and server room awareness.
Soft Skills: Outgoing, customer-focused, and comfortable in a high-energy environment. Strong communication and prioritization skills.
Languages: Fluent in English and French (B2+ or native).
Location: Based in or near Vevey – long commutes are not sustainable for this role.
ITIL certification or familiarity.
Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms and AV equipment.
Knowledge of Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and CMDB governance.
