Learning & Development Internship | Gennep | €700 | Start: September

Do you want to make a direct impact on the future of talent development within an international organization through your research? At Arvato, you will have the opportunity to explore a strategic topic in talent management and succession readiness, and propose concrete improvements. Your insights will form the foundation for strategic decisions in a fast-growing, international working environment.

YOUR INTERNSHIP ASSIGNMENT

At Arvato, we continuously work on strengthening our talent management process. In the coming period, we are focusing on an important strategic development: the shift from succession planning to succession readiness. This means not only identifying who could potentially grow into key positions, but especially ensuring that talent is truly ready to take that step.

You will investigate how we can optimize our current talent management and succession planning process to increase this readiness. You will focus on one of the following questions:
•    How can Arvato improve its talent management process to increase succession readiness for critical roles?
•    How can the current process be better aligned with our global strategy and local needs?

The outcome of your research will be a concrete and actionable recommendation that directly contributes to the further professionalization of our HR and L&D strategy.

Conducting the graduation research will be your main activity, but there is also room to shape the internship further in consultation.

You will become part of the L&D team within Arvato, where short communication lines and collaboration are key. You will work closely with the HR Advisory team and interact with various stakeholders, such as the Global People & Development team, Recruitment, HR Services, and operational managers.
