Shifts Available and Hours: Day Shift

What you will be doing

  • Oversee all aspects of inventory including raw materials, WIP, finished goods, ensuring accuracy through cycle counts, audits and system updates.
  • Receive and process incoming shipments, verify quantities and quality against purchase orders, and issue materials to production lines.
  • Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking, initiate replenishment orders and identify/manage obsolete or slow-moving inventory.
  • Assist in planning and executing physical inventory counts and performing reconciliations.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Generate SPI Labels in SAP as needed to support accurate inventory corrections.
  • Organize and maintain inventory storage areas, manage location codes and ensure proper storage.

What will make you successful?

Required Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment handling metal stock.
  • Proficiency with Inventory Management Software (IMS), ERP systems and Excel.

 

 

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

  • Strong data analysis with the ability to investigate discrepancies and forecast inventory needs.
  • Forklift operation experience (certification preferred or required by company policy).
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
