Loop Earplugs is hiring a Junior IT Support Engineer for a six month, hybrid on-site role in Amsterdam and Antwerp to boost an IT team. You’ll own the help desk flow, handle Windows and Mac issues both remotely and in the office, onboard devices, manage user access and offboarding, and support IT projects when needed. Success hinges on calm, clear communication, solid ticket management, and simple explanations of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; travel between offices is required. To apply, tailor your resume to show 2+ years of IT support, device management, documentation improvements, cross-team collaboration, and issue resolution, highlighting autonomy and Loop’s culture.
Loop Earplugs is reinventing how people experience the world by enabling them to live life at their own volume. 2024 was a pivotal year at Loop – we hit 14,000,000 earplugs sold, were named ‘The Best Earplugs for Concerts’ by The New York Times, and expanded our product offering to a complete range of solutions for day and night. Oh – and not to mention making history as the first company to win Deloitte’s Fast 50 Belgium twice.
But this is just the beginning. As we continue to develop disruptive products, we’re constantly on the lookout for the next big idea - and building a team who can make it happen.
Being a Looper means making a difference. Whatever your role, this is your stage to make a real impact and bring your ideas to life. Better yet, you’ll join a fast-growing, global team of 250+ people who are passionate, down-to-earth and eager to tackle challenges together.

This role owns the full help desk flow, from the first message to the final solution. Windows and Mac issues are solved both remote and in the office.
