An Abu Dhabi onsite Java backend role at Atribs Metscon Group seeks a developer to design and build Java microservices. Expect 5-10 years in Java, Spring Boot, REST and cloud, plus MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle or SQL Server, and Git, Maven or Gradle, Junit and CI/CD. Banking experience preferred; strong analytical and teamwork skills with a proactive approach to learning new tech are essential. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining backend services, applying TDD and ensuring high code coverage and security while enabling DevOps. Responsibilities
· The
developer will primarily be responsible for designing, developing,
maintaining & providing support for JAVA back end services and APIs
· Analyze requirement and
formalize technical approach for the implementation
· Test Driven development
and implementation of middleware services end to end.
· Maximum code coverage
(> 80%) through Junit test cases
· Handling all penetration
testing scenarios.
· Bug free application
release by ensuring best quality of code in all aspects.
· Implement
security measures to protect user data and application integrity.
· Stay
informed about common security vulnerabilities and how to mitigate them.
