Tips to stand out in this application
Lead your resume with a note that you are a recent graduate and highlight any internships or projects that involved client-facing work or sales activities, then place your education front and center with a concise summary of relevant skills.
Demonstrate the must-have capabilities with concrete examples. Show how you communicated clearly in English on a client project, how you approached a problem and analyzed results, and how you managed time to hit deadlines, ideally with measurable outcomes.
Be prepared to discuss a scenario where you handled a client request from the Travel sector, coordinated with cross-functional teams to scope a project, and estimated costs. If you have notes or a brief portfolio from prior experiences, bring them to the interview.
Pose a thoughtful question about growth and measurement, such as how the Dubai team gauges success for a junior account manager, what a typical first-year pipeline looks like, and how the group collaborates with senior leadership to upsell services to travel-focused clients and related industries.
