Who We Are

Healthcare needs a better rhythm: one that keeps care continuous and deeply human. Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians to make that possible.

We’re a team of doctors, engineers, designers, researchers, and creatives building tools that help clinicians stay focused on what matters most: their patients.

In just 18 months, Heidi has given back more than 18 million hours to healthcare professionals — supporting 73 million patient visits in 116 countries. Today, more than two million patient visits each week are powered by Heidi worldwide.

Backed by nearly $100 million in funding, we’re growing in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with leading health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and Monash Health.

About Your Role

Heidi is scaling fast — and so is our presence on the ground. We’re looking for a Junior Designer – Field Marketing to bring the Heidi brand to life across events, campaigns, and local market activations.

This is a hands-on design role for someone early in their career who thrives on variety, speed, and real responsibility. You’ll design across physical and digital formats, supporting Field Marketing activity in APAC while working closely with the Global Brand Design team to ensure everything feels cohesive, elevated, and unmistakably Heidi.

You’ll report into the Field Marketing Leads in APAC, with creative guidance and brand direction from the Global Brand team.

What you’ll do

  • Design everything, everywhere, all at once.
Own visual execution across the entire brand system — conference stands, print collateral, digital ads, social posts, event invites, web pages, product screenshots, and more.

  • Keep the brand consistent, and evolving.
Apply the Heidi visual language with precision and creativity. Ensure consistency across formats, while pushing the system to stay fresh and flexible.

  • Collaborate across every team.
Work with Marketing, Product, Sales, Events, and Operations to deliver high-impact assets — often on short timelines, always to a high bar.

  • Make us unmissable at events.
Design trade show booths, wayfinding, signage, and print materials that draw people in, tell a story fast, and feel unmistakably Heidi.

  • Elevate how we show up online.
Collaborate on web, email, and campaign design. Build assets that are not only beautiful, but purposeful — and deliver results.

  • Build and maintain a scalable asset library.
Create reusable templates, guidelines, and asset packs that help the broader team move faster while staying on brand.

What we’re looking for

  • Ideally 2–3 years of experience in brand, marketing, or visual design

  • We will consider strong recent graduates with compelling mock portfolios that demonstrate taste and craft

  • A portfolio that shows strong brand identity execution across digital and physical formats

  • Fluency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines — and still deliver polish

  • Experience working in a fast-paced tech, SaaS, or startup environment

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, comfortable working with Field teams and Global Brand stakeholders

Bonus: Exposure to healthcare, events, or web design/development workflows
