TransPerfect is seeking a Junior Sales Coordinator to join its Dubai team on site, a role that blends early-career sales development with hands-on client support. The company brings language and AI-enabled solutions to organizations worldwide, using its GlobalLink technology to connect with popular CMS, CRM, and marketing systems and to streamline multilingual workflows. With a client base that spans more than 6,000 organizations in over 200 languages and a footprint of more than 150 offices across six continents, TransPerfect offers a platform where brand growth meets practical implementation. This opportunity is a fit for recent graduates who want to start a sales career by building relationships, exploring new business opportunities, and coordinating cross-functional work for client projects.
Shaping the day-to-day in the Dubai sales desk
Based in Dubai and working on site, you’ll focus on generating new business while also acting as the first line of support for existing accounts, primarily in the travel space with some involvement in retail and real estate. You’ll need to be a clear communicator, dependable, and organized, and you should be ready to take ownership of your client portfolio and drive opportunities from day one.
Your daily work will revolve around listening to client requests for new project initiatives, coordinating with production and sales teams to gauge the scope of work and prepare cost estimates, and evaluating proposals against the competitive landscape. You’ll help shape budgets and schedules, monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met, and oversee the delivery of high-quality results. You’ll spend time learning about clients’ industries and cultures, sharing that knowledge with the project team, and identifying additional business opportunities to grow the TransPerfect portfolio. You’ll collaborate with senior leadership to expand relationships with existing clients and look for upsell options, while continually refining the approach to bringing in new business. Regular follow-ups will be part of your routine to ensure clients are satisfied with delivery, quality, and service.
