FleetPartners is seeking a Key Account Coordinator in Auckland for a full-time onsite role to support Relationship Managers with a portfolio of key customers, delivering service while helping the team hit KPIs. THE ROLE
As a Key Account Coordinator, you'll work closely with our Relationship Managers to support a portfolio of key customers and help deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a hands-on role that combines customer service, account coordination, and relationship management, ensuring customers receive the support they need while helping the team achieve its KPIs.
You'll build strong relationships with customers, coordinate account activities, identify opportunities to grow existing accounts, and ensure customers get the most value from their partnership with FleetPartners. While you'll spend most of your time working collaboratively from the office, you'll also have the opportunity to meet customers face-to-face a couple of times each month alongside the Relationship Managers.
