Crystalbrook Kingsley in Newcastle is seeking a Kitchen Steward for a full-time onsite role to support a 130-room luxury hotel and its kitchen. You will efficiently clean kitchen premises and equipment, maintain food hygiene and chemical safety, keep access areas sparkling, treat new equipment with care, assist the chefs to ensure smooth service, help the Purchasing team with deliveries and stock, and communicate effectively across all departments. The Role:

About You:

  • Efficient cleaning of kitchen premises and equipment to meet the highest of standards
  • Maintaining food hygiene standards and correct chemical use.
  • Ensuring that all access and traffic areas are clear and sparkling clean.
  • Treat our brand-new equipment with respect to keep it gleaming.
  • Working with the chefs to ensure the kitchen operations seamless perfect before and after service.
  • Assist the Purchasing department with deliveries and stock management.
  • Effectively communicate and coordinate with all departments of the hotel.
