This full-time onsite role in Abu Dhabi seeks a Kong API Developer with strong hands-on experience in Kong API Gateway (open source or enterprise) and proven RESTful API design and lifecycle management. You’ll need solid API security expertise including OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), JWT and mTLS, plus Lua scripting for custom Kong plugins. Familiarity with PostgreSQL or Redis and comfort with microservices and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes is essential. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI, and logging and monitoring stacks such as ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana is highly valued. Strong hands-on experience with Kong API Gateway (open-source or enterprise version).
Proficiency in RESTful API design and API lifecycle management.
