You will develop cost strategies, manage budgets, prepare reports for clients and senior management, and lead a cost management team while upholding data integrity and professional standards. Key requirements include a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, 10+ years in cost estimation or control, MRICS or AIQS, and strong leadership and analytical skills; UAE experience is preferred.
