Lycopodium is seeking an experienced Lead Planner to join our Brisbane team on a full-time onsite basis. You’ll establish and maintain project schedules across all phases, read and interpret design deliverables such as flow sheets, P&IDs and equipment lists, support study and project teams, respond quickly to change, and monitor progress to keep projects on time within budget and quality standards. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of planning experience in mineral processing or construction, strong Oracle and Primavera skills, and a proven ability to produce accurate schedules and reports under tight deadlines. Lycopodium is currently recruiting for an experienced Lead Planner to join our growing team in Brisbane. This role will suit a self-motivated team player who is passionate about leveraging their previous experience and expertise to take their career to the next level.
Reporting to the Group Manager Projects & Studies, the Lead Planner will be a key support to our study and/or project teams. This position will be responsible for executing and monitoring the project schedule, as well as providing up-to-date data to assist with the management of project activities to the highest quality, in line with Company, Client and regulatory requirements.
