In this LEAN Agent role, you’ll partner with regional and industry teams to spot and implement continuous improvement opportunities. Your work will span process re-engineering, designing smarter layouts, and driving efficiency through thoughtful changes in how work gets done. You’ll guide sites through Kaizen activities with training, coaching and data analysis, and you’ll help keep CEVA’s Lean and OHS&E standards in clear view. Across the site, you’ll also build and maintain practical BPE tools like 5S and scheduling tools, performance boards, productivity and utilisation reports, ensuring leaders have the right information to act on.
If you’re drawn to hands-on problem solving, enjoy influencing others, and want to contribute to a safety-first, continuously improving operation, this opportunity could fit you well. It’s a chance to apply industrial engineering know-how in a logistics setting, while benefiting from a company that supports professional development and flexible work arrangements.
Moulding efficiency on the Hazelmere floor
Day to day, you’ll collaborate with sites to refine their processes using established Lean and continuous improvement methods. You’ll lead project work aimed at uncovering opportunities, rethinking processes, and implementing changes that raise efficiency and adjust layouts where needed. A key part of the job is guiding teams through Kaizen activities, providing coaching and training, and leaning on data analysis to back up your recommendations. You’ll also steward the creation and upkeep of practical tools designed to track performance, scheduling and utilisation so managers can act with confidence. Finally, you’ll support the pursuit of target achievements within the site accreditation program, helping operations stay aligned with standards.

Advice for applicants you can put into action
First, lead your resume with your degree in industrial engineering and a concrete example of a Lean or Kaizen project you’ve led, ideally tied to a measurable outcome such as waste reduction or time savings. Make the impact clear and quantify what you achieved when you can.
Second, prove you have the must-have skills by citing specific tools and outcomes. Describe a Kaizen event you ran, how you used 5S principles on a site, and the data you analyzed to drive a layout change or process redesign. If you’ve used Excel to create productivity or utilisation reports, share a brief snapshot of how that data guided a decision.
Third, prepare for the interview by outlining how you’d approach a site accreditation target. Think through the steps you’d take to train teams, measure progress, and sustain improvements across multiple sites, with concrete questions you’d ask the site teams and leaders.
Finally, have a smart question ready to ask the interviewer. For example: how does the site accreditation program define success in the first six months, and what support does the role get to implement Lean changes across Hazelmere teams?
