We’re looking for a Learning and Development Advisor to join our HR team here at Penguin Random House UK. This is a permanent, hybrid role based at our Embassy Gardens office in London.
Reporting to the Senior Talent Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in organising, coordinating and supporting learning delivery across the business as part of The Academy - our company-wide learning offer. Working closely with expert trainers and teams across Penguin Random House, you’ll help shape and offer engaging, inclusive and high-quality learning experiences. You’ll also be a trusted point of contact for colleagues looking for guidance on learning and development – from workshops and mentoring to external training and professional qualifications.
This is a hands-on role where you can make a real impact by keeping learning activity running smoothly, building effective working relationships, and helping learning happen across the organisation. It’s a great next step for someone looking to build a career in L&D, combining practical coordination with opportunities to develop skills in designing and improving learning experiences.
You don’t need experience in publishing. What matters most is your interest in learning and development, excellent organisation skills, curiosity, and a motivation to support effective learning.
