To help us achieve our objectives, growth, and transformation, we are seeking a Lease Delivery Programme Manager to be part of the Integrated Lease Delivery (ILD) team within CO+I.
Responsibilities:
The Lease Delivery Programme Manager (LDPM) provides end-to-end programme leadership for the successful delivery of leased datacentre capacity, from deal execution through Ready for Service, Ready for Network Install and operational handover. Acting as the single accountable programme leader, the LDPM integrates delivery, technical, commercial, operational, safety, and project controls disciplines into one cohesive programme view.
The LDPM is responsible for the planning, governance, integration, risk management, readiness, and execution of complex lease datacentre programmes, aligning internal Microsoft stakeholders, lease providers, and strategic partners around a common delivery plan. Through strong programme leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision making, the LDPM ensures capacity is delivered safely, predictably, and at scale, meeting Microsoft’s business objectives with greater consistency, pace, and operational readiness.
