Immediate Start

As a Lettings Officer, you will play an important role in supporting the use of our school facilities by the local community. Acting as the on-site representative during bookings, you will help ensure our facilities are welcoming, safe and professionally managed.

This is a flexible, customer facing role where no two shifts will be exactly the same. You will welcome and support hirers, prepare and secure the site, oversee bookings, respond to any issues that arise and ensure school procedures are followed throughout each letting.

You will also help manage booking information, maintain accurate records and support the smooth running of refreshments and other lettings-related activities.

This role would suit someone who is reliable, organised and confident working independently. As bookings mainly take place outside the school day, you will need to be flexible and available to work evenings and weekends depending on the lettings schedule.

If you:

  • Have experience in a customer facing role
  • Are friendly, professional and confident dealing with a range of people
  • Are organised and comfortable managing bookings and records
  • Can work independently and respond calmly to on-site issues
  • Understand the importance of health and safety, safeguarding and site security
  • Are confident using email and online systems
  • Are reliable and flexible, with availability for evening and weekend work

Our established and positive team members benefit from:

  • A collaborative and supportive environment
  • An open and inclusive culture led by a supportive senior team who remain committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all.
  • A highly supportive Lift Schools network with cross-school collaboration
  • Opportunities to develop and grow your career
  • The chance to work with an enthusiastic, well-mannered and resilient student body

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible casual work and who takes pride in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive experience for everyone using our school facilities.

Closing date : 24th July 2026
