You’ll own the ADONIS repository, manage users and rights, coordinate upgrades with BOC Group, support client environments, and train teams on BPM tool use and repository standards while partnering with consultants to ensure quality process models. The ideal candidate is systematic, analytical and service oriented, with hands-on experience in process modeling and BPM tools, data CRUD principles, stakeholder management, and fluency in Dutch and English with German a plus. Your role as Library Manager
As a Library Manager, you play a key role in maintaining and developing our process management ecosystem within ADONIS and related BPM tools. You ensure that process models, conventions, and repositories are structured, consistent, and accessible for all consultants and clients. You act as the go-to expert for modeling standards, repository management, and user support - enabling teams to use process management tools efficiently and consistently across Sia and our client environments.
